The Southeastern Conference threaten to boycott future SEC championships in Mississippi unless the state flag changed.
On June 28, the Mississippi legislature passed HB 1796 for the relinquishing, removal and redesign of the state flag. On November 2, Mississippians will vote on the redesigned Mississippi flag.
